Bucks Open Studios is the largest visual arts event in the county with over 500 artists and makers and 200 different venues. “For two weeks in June artists and makers open up their working studios and exhibition spaces to visitors. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists and makers in their creative environment.”

I’ve been designing jewellery for 25 years. I used different materials and experimented with a variety of techniques during the years, but the most exciting chapter as a jewellery designer is started in my life, when I fell in love with healing crystals. In the last 5 years I discovered my style and I love working with these gorgeous gemstones. The different shapes require different design, which I make up as I go along, intuitively shaping the Silver-plated copper wire, to bring the best out of the stone. As an Energy Therapist, Reiki practitioner and crystal healer I have a close connection to these beautiful creations of Mother Earth that are capable of changing our energy frequency and as a result make us feel calmer or more energised, balanced, grounded, protected…

Energy Art, Angel Art by Eva
Drawing and painting really came to me, as the side effect of my self- and spiritual development. I am a self taught artist. My artist career started with going out one day and buying a book on How to draw fairies? As you do. 🙂 And then I started drawing my emotions through portraits and whatever I have found appropriate to express them. This is how slowly I discovered my own style and purpose with painting.
I have started my healing career as a Reiki healer. Then I became an energy therapist, using many forms of energy healing to holistically help my clients. I also studied colour therapy to understand the colour energies deeper, so I can use this knowledge, when creating my artworks.
Now I can bring to life my paintings in one of two ways. Either have a certain emotion, idea to express, so I find the models for the subject, draw it, then paint it or use digital editing to transform it into its final look. These paintings are talking to your soul, evoking memories, emotions, reminding you, who you are…, so I call them Soul Wisdom Healing Art.
Or I channel my paintings. I learnt this style from my lovely friend, who is a talented psychic artist, Marilyn Fleishmann. When I feel like painting, I just sit down with my acrylics or soft pastels and a sheet of paper, tune in and start painting. This is when messages and healing energy arrive in the form of colours. This is my Celestial Healing Art.
At the Bucks Open Studios you can enjoy my energy art in the form of healing cards, mugs, coasters, candles, a few posters along with my NEW healing book (incorporating colour therapy and positive affirmations) called Chakra Angels… (Please note larger prints, canvas prints & originals are not being on show, they can be ordered though.)
The Home of My Exhibition is Historic Tythe Barn in Haddenham
I was delighted, when last year I have found out about the opportunity of exhibiting my jewellery and art gifts in the magnificent 15th century Tythe Barn, in the picturesque village of Haddenham in Buckinghamshire, along with 12 fellow artists, a photographer and a silver smith. Come along and browse our art and craft and enjoy our home made cakes and refreshments in this beautiful building, next to Haddenham Church and pond.
