Troubleshooting Manifestation Problems
Manifestation is a trendy subject, along with The Law of Attraction ever since Rhonda Byrne’s book, The Secret became a best seller in 2006. Many people read it, talks about it, even tried the techniques she wrote about. They work for some and don’t work for others. How is it possible?
Not everyone is wired the same way, when it comes down to thoughts and emotions, which are all energy. They are at the centre of our observation, because your dominant thoughts and feelings determine how successful you are at manifesting your desire. But it’s even more complicated than that. Your unique challenges and life purpose are also in the picture, so what is easy for one can be very difficult for the other, making it hard to know why you are not getting the results you aimed for.
This is why I decided to create the Troubleshooting Manifestation Problems Series, highlighting one problem at a time, so you can find out where you go wrong and get the help if you decide you need it.
Let’s start with this very common one:
“The Law of Attraction Just Doesn’t work for me”
I am sorry to disappoint you, if you truly believe in that, because the Law of Attraction works, doesn’t matter what. It works for you, works for everyone all the time. So if you think it doesn’t work for you, what you really mean is you attracted the events, people, bad stuff or stating more precisely, the lack of good things. So this Universal Law has actually worked for you, but the mistake you made was, you weren’t giving off the right signals for what you really wanted to get. Want proof of that? Look around you, everything you currently have in your life is the result of your manifestation work. Don’t like what you see? The good news is you can change it.
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is the primal function of the Universe. In a very simplified way it works on the principal of “like attracts like”. It means that the vibration you give off will attract similar things to you, which are resonating on that frequency. i.e. At any given time you are attracting into your life what the frequency of your charged emotions, thoughts and visions added together determine.
Here is an example. Let’s say you are aware of the Law of Attraction, you understand how gratitudes and positive affirmations work, so you use them occasionally even daily with the hope of improving the quality of your life. You have financial problems, so the thoughts of how and when you can pay back your debts, pay your bills, buy your food are constantly sneaking into you mind, triggering fear, frustration, etc. And the result? Unfortunately you are attracting the lack of things, creating more of these very things you do not want in your life. So it looks like the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for you.
Where do you go wrong?
You don’t use the gratitudes and positive affirmations frequently enough or you don’t truly believe in them, therefore you don’t have strong enough positive charge to turn the switch and get the good stuff coming towards you. Because compared to the strength of your fear, worry, stress, frustration (all negative emotions) and the duration you radiate them out of your being, the positive stuff is just simply not able to balance out the negative. Your vibration is not high enough to get the good things.
Step 1. Take Responsibility
The fact that you are looking into this subject shows that you are willing to take responsibility for your life, giving up victim mentality, which is an amazing position to be to use this powerful Universal law to your advantage.
Step 2. Activate your passion and desires
Activate your passion and desires to charge your emotions positively. How to do that? Have some time for yourself, when no one disturbs you.
Have a look at your life and write a list of everything you love and appreciate in it. This will be the base for your gratitude list.
Now meditate on how you wish your life to be. Write your findings down and use them to create your positive affirmations.
Use your gratitude and positive affirmation list daily at least once or as many times a day you feel the need for it. Read them out loud, when possible and really feel the love, passion, desire at the same time.
