Mind chatter is a plague when it comes to people giving meditation a try. They have this idea, when they meditate, they must have an empty mind, anyway, they are failing. To be honest they are half right. Because it does matter what quality/ vibration thoughts they are having. However, the key here is to allow yourself to think… Just weed out the bad thoughts.

In this video I teach you: – a trick, that I have been using with my clients for a decade to calm their minds – a qigong breathing exercise that you can use either, as a short meditation, or a preparation for meditation.
