How the Sessions Work

I offer a simple, supportive structure, 1:1 Energy Healing & Mentoring Sessions. They can be one off sessions, but that is the exception. Your energy can be shifted very quickly, however what you do after that will determine whether you slowly sink down to where you started or are able to manage that higher frequency and stabilise it.

So over the course of 4 sessions (online or in person), together, we can make real progress by:

• Identifying where your energy is being drained
• Understanding your unique energetic sensitivity
• Clearing emotional and energetic blocks
• Shifting limiting beliefs and patterns
• Building tools that support you in daily life

Q. Can I do this alongside therapy?
A. Yes. Many clients find that energy mentoring complements therapy beautifully, offering spiritual and energetic integration.

Q. Do I need to prepare anything?
A. Just yourself and an open heart. I guide you through everything.

Q. What’s your cancellation policy?
A. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session.

Cancellation Policy for Mentoring & Healing Sessions

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via Email: eva.maria.hunt@gmail.com or what’s app messaging, if we connected there.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in not being able to rebook, as that appointment time is reserved especially for you.
