Day 3 Resentment & Anger

You are carrying resentment and anger. Don’t hold onto them, they can cause damage. Here is how to deal with them:

  1. Stop resisting them!
  2. Allow yourself to feel them!
  3. Accept them! It’s ok to feel bad and good.

Now take a new approach to yourself! Be kind with yourself. Forgive yourself and others and choose to be happy! Feels better?


The year 2023 will be all about leaving your karmic burdens behind and connecting with your soul. Resentment and anger can be rooted on the emotional and soul plane.
