Rainbow – Colour meditation

This colour meditation is called Rainbow. Below is a chart with a brief introduction to your aura, chakras, and a little visual help for your meditation.

Guided visualisation is one way of meditation. It is a good one to start with, as it’s simple and easy for most people.

If you are one of those people, who find visualisation hard, try not to have any expectations! You do not need to see things, as a movie. Sometimes you have pictures appearing, sometimes you only have a sense of knowing or feeling what you “supposed to” see. There are lots of different ways. Remember, you want to find yours. The only way you can find out what works for you, if you try it. So please be patient, and do not get frustrated!
