Meditation essentials

Meditation essentials:

  • An open mind i.e anything can happen
  • A quiet place
  • Not being disturbed for a few minutes
  • Have a cushion to sit on, when you are on the floor and a blanket to wrap around you, in case your body temperature drops, as you start relaxing
  • You can even put some quiet, relaxing, instrumental music on, or music with nature sounds, etc.
  • It’s more relaxing if you wear comfortable clothes. Just make sure you are not cold.
