In this season, we have two elements present: the Earth during the beginning of autumn, the Indian Summer and the Metal in the middle and end of this season.
Your body is part of nature, so you must pay attention to its different needs as the seasons are changing…
In the workshop you will learn
- how to support and cleanse your lungs’ energy for overall health and well-being
We will do this in two ways:
- qigong exercises to strengthen your meridian lines and balance your 3 treasures (Dan Tiens)
- meditation to help calm earth and metal energy.
Qigong exercises get you into a meditative state by default, however there are some specific meditations that help you to identify what to let go of.
If you haven’t done any meditation in the past or you have tried and didn’t get far with it, please do not worry. Just come with an open mind and give yourself a chance to experience something new, something different.
